  1. Log into Google Admin https://admin.google.com/ac/home?journey=218
  2. Go to Directory\Users
  3. Click the Add a Filter button on the right hand page
  4. Choose your filter and enter the required name
  5. Click the users name to open the user details
  6. Click the Reset Password link
