- Go to Google Admin Center https://admin.cloud.microsoft/#/homepage
- Go to Users\Active Users
- In the Search Active User's List enter the users name
- Hit enter
- Click the user's name to open the user details
- Click the Reset Password link
- Enter a new password
Note - For staff you should check the Force User to choose a new password checkbox. For students you should not.
