Clearing User Profiles from Staff Devices

If you need to remove previous user profiles from a staff device, for example if they leave or if their device is exchanged for a new one, you can remove the old user profiles from the device in Microsoft Intune using the following steps.
- Go to Microsoft Admin Center https://admin.cloud.microsoft/#/homepage
- In the left hand menu go to Microsoft Intune\ Devices
- On the Devices Overview page click All Devices
- Enter the Device Name (serial id from bottom of machine) in the Search box
- Click on the Device Name link
- From the Remove Data tab choose Autopilot Reset
- On the Autopilot reset dialog box check the I understand box and click the Action button
